Are you looking for a course on the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC and CE marking of industrial machines? The course catalog of Quadra, on machine safety, is the most comprehensive available in Italy and represents the state of the art in the market for technical training on the safety of industrial machinery.
It includes specialized courses suitable for industrial machine designers and others for users or maintenance technicians or purchasers .
Sometimes clients ask us to help them understand which training courses are best suited to the different tasks.
With ours industrial machinery safety training courses we have created training paths by type of job and enriched the existing courses with new practical examples and exercises, designed according to the training path and thus to the task of the person who will be trained, making them usable remotely. The courses have a unit cost per participant, there are discounts for enrollment in multiple courses or for multiple participants belonging to the same company. Discounts are detailed in the registration form.
How can we help companies that want to train their technical staff?
The professional figures we address are typically:
- 1 The mechanical designers of machines and industrial automation
- 2 The electrical designers of machines and industrial automation
- 3 Those responsible for producing the documentation of the machines
- 4 Safety managers of manufacturing companies (RSPP, ASPP)
- 5 Users of machinery who modify machinery or integrate machines in assembly line at their own responsibility
- 6 The personnel involved in the purchase or sale of the machines
- 7 The personnel assigned to maintenance of the machinery
- 8 The technical consultants, or inspectors, who deal with safety
- 9 The technical consultants who, like us, deal with machinery safety
For each of these 9 types of customer we have provided training courses (identified from 1 to 9) that take into account the specific needs of technical study.
In fact, the level of competence required of a machine designer, to ensure compliance with the Machinery Directive, is different from the level of competence required of an RSPP, to evaluate the adequacy of a machine, purchased or in use.
Sometimes, however, these needs coexist, for example when our customer buys single machines and then integrates them into a line, and therefore with the need to mark CE the whole.
In particular, for machine designers, Quadra's training department is able to design customized training plans, from the training needs of new employees to the provision of specialized training for particular types of machines.
All this can be done also through coaching and training on the job of the technical staff, working on machines and projects of the customer to create competence and correct methodologies in the customer company.
If you are interested in evaluating a specific training course for your company, call us on 0396060351/0396060383 and we will talk about it together.
