It also happens that consultants read us in thematic groups on the safety of industrial machines on Linkedin or Facebook and write to us for answers to particularly difficult technical questions, perhaps because they refer to machines or unusual risk situations.

This is why we have created a technical service dedicated to consultants with the aim of helping them to resolve technical and regulatory doubts.

The service can also be useful for a customer, machine builder or user, who does not wish to purchase the annual " One year without doubts " assistance service but needs to have an answer to a single specific technical question on the CE marking or Industry /Transition 4.0 .

The intent is to provide a consultancy service that allows the customer to OCCASIONALLY have a practical and easy-to-use service in the field of safety of machinery.

The "Technical assistance for consultants" service provides the possibility for the customer to discuss by telephoneor meet with our technical manager, Ing. Ernesto Cappelletti, the problems of interest or to send and receive answers via e-mail to questions on the safety of industrial machines.

The answers can be used for professional use, with the exclusion of their dissemination via the web or print.

How does the “Technical assistance for consultants or single question” service work?

It is possible for the consultant to join it even only once to get the answer to a question.

In this case, the cost for a single question is € 180.00, plus VAT 22% .

The Single Question service does not include:

• interventions and inspections at the customer's premises;
• drafting of legal opinions;
• execution of calculations and projects (structural, electrical, etc.);
• creation of drawings and / or drafting of technical documentation (eg technical file, instruction manual);
• analysis of software, projects, technical documents and safety-related control systems for machinery (for example according to UNI EN ISO 13849-1: 2016).
